Amanda holds several prominent positions, including serving as Chair of the Supervisory Review Board of the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland, Chair of Community Finance Ireland (ROI), Chair of the Advisory Board of Headcase, a member of the Academic Advisory Panel of the Irish Times Training Group, Vice-Chair of CFI (NI), and Board Member of UCIT SPV1.

Amanda's affinity for the boardroom began over two decades ago, advising multinational boards on key mergers and acquisitions. This experience ignited her passion for strategy and scaling, leading to senior executive roles at global financial institutions. Her notable positions include General Counsel at AIB Merchant Services and Global Executive Director at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the world’s largest financial groups. MUFG operates in over 50 countries and has assets exceeding US$3 trillion.
