Amanda's affinity for the boardroom began over two decades ago, advising multinational boards on key mergers and acquisitions. This experience ignited her passion for strategy and scaling, leading to senior executive roles at global financial institutions. Her notable positions include General Counsel at AIB Merchant Services and Global Executive Director at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of the world’s largest financial groups. MUFG operates in over 50 countries and has assets exceeding US$3 trillion.

Additionally, Amanda is a visiting guest lecturer at the Irish Management Institute, advises regulatory bodies, and serves on the Irish Times Training Academic Panel.
